Sii Poland is seeking a Mid-Level Project Manager to support IT project delivery in the healthcare sector. You will coordinate activities, track progress, and facilitate communication among stakeholders, working closely with development teams and business stakeholders to meet deadlines and plans.

The role emphasizes collaboration, documentation, and proactive risk management, with a focus on Agile and Scrum practices alongside traditional approaches.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
• Strong working knowledge of JIRA and experience with task management.
• Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies as well as the Waterfall approach.
• Experience in coordinating project activities and maintaining documentation.
• Ability to facilitate communication between stakeholders and team members.
• Advanced level of Polish and English.
• Residency in Poland.

• Supporting the Project Manager in the delivery of IT projects.
• Coordinating project activities, tasks, and deliverables.
• Maintaining project documentation, schedules, and status reporting.
• Collaborating with development teams, business stakeholders, and other project participants.
