Job summary

Solid is seeking an IT Project Manager to own and drive the DQIM governance process across multiple teams. You will lead triage boards, coordinate cross-domain activities, and ensure accountability for issue ownership and timely resolutions.

The role requires strong governance, backlog management, RCA proficiency, and the ability to identify process improvements. Excellent communication with senior stakeholders and fluent English are essential for success in a complex enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong governance, issue and backlog management, and escalation skills.
• Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and structured resolution.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with senior leadership.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the DQIM governance process across teams.

• Drive accountability for issue ownership and escalate blockers.
• Monitor backlog health, ticket ownership, prioritization, RCA progress.
• Ensure data quality issues progress through resolution without delays.
• Identify and implement structural process improvements (intake gates, clustering).
• Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
• Provide clear management reporting on backlog status, risks and dependencies.
• Escalate capacity constraints, ownership gaps, and dependencies.
• Support backlog reduction and improved data quality governance initiatives.

Job description

• Own and drive the DQIM governance process, ensuring consistent and effective execution across involved teams
• Lead triage boards and coordinate activities across GF, CDW, CCM, and relevant source teams
• Drive accountability for issue ownership and resolution, escalating blockers and impediments when necessary
• Monitor backlog health, ticket ownership, prioritization, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) progress, and escalations
• Ensure data quality issues progress through the resolution process without unnecessary delays
• Identify and implement structural process improvements, including intake gates, issue clustering, targeted RCA, closure controls, and improved reporting
• Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements
• Provide clear and transparent management reporting on backlog status, progress, risks, and dependencies
• Escalate capacity constraints, ownership gaps, dependencies, and other risks that may impact successful issue resolution
• Support and drive initiatives aimed at achieving sustainable backlog reduction and improved data quality governance

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably within complex enterprise environments
• Experience coordinating multiple teams, stakeholders, and cross-domain dependencies
• Strong understanding of governance, issue management, backlog management, and escalation processes
• Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and driving issues through structured resolution processes
• Ability to identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with senior management
• Ability to take ownership, challenge existing processes, and drive accountability across different teams
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a structured approach to problem-solving
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
