Job summary

HeadHR is seeking a seasoned Delivery Lead to own end-to-end AI, ML, Big Data, and IT projects from discovery to delivery. You will be the trusted advisor for international enterprise clients and coordinate with executives to align business and technical goals.

In this role you’ll translate complex challenges into structured roadmaps, manage scope, risk, budget, and resources, and mentor cross-functional teams of data scientists, ML engineers, data engineers, and software engineers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading end-to-end IT or software delivery with full ownership.
• Hands-on AI/ML/Data engineering/Big Data projects.
• SDLC understanding and engineering environment exposure.
• Experience in consulting or AI/data-focused organization.
• Experience with large international corporate clients.
• Strong client-facing experience, consulting/account management.
• Excellent leadership and ability to guide senior technical experts.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English (C1/C2) and ability to lead meetings/workshops.
• Strong business mindset and accountability for outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to expand collaboration and contribute to account growth.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including shaping solution approaches and connecting technical proposals to business needs.
• Contribute to recruitment and team scaling initiatives.

• Hands-on experience in projects involving AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Big Data, or advanced software systems.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and practical exposure to engineering environments.
• Previous experience in a consulting company, AI/data-focused organization, or software house.
• Demonstrated experience working with large, international corporate clients.
• Strong client-facing experience - comfortable operating in a consulting and quasi-account management capacity.
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to guide senior technical experts.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English (C1/C2 level) is mandatory, with the ability to independently lead meetings, workshops, and executive discussions.
• Strong business mindset and accountability for measurable outcomes.
