Job summary

HeadHR poszukuje doświadczonego IT Project Managera, który wesprze globalny projekt technologiczny obejmujący wdrożenie rozwiązania w ponad 1000 zespołów. Rola łączy delivery projektu, zarządzanie interesariuszami i transformację technologiczną we współpracy z zespołami Product, Delivery i Engineering.

Główne zadania obejmują prowadzenie projektu od planowania po zamknięcie, zarządzanie zakresem, ryzykiem i zależnościami oraz współpracę z Delivery Managers, Product Owners i zespołami

Qualifications

• Wymagane doświadczenie w zarządzaniu projektami IT oraz znajomość najlepszych praktyk PM.
• Wysokie umiejętności komunikacyjne i zarządzania interesariuszami.
• Dobre zrozumienie Agile i Scrum.
• Znajomość cyklu życia oprogramowania (SDLC).
• Dóbró́źenie w transformacjach biznesowych/technologicznych.
• Umiejętność pracy w globalnym środowisku międzyregionowym.

Responsibilities

• Prowadzenie projektu end-to-end od planowania po zamknięcie.
• Zarządzanie zakresem, harmonogramem, ryzykiem i zależnościami.
• Koordynacja z Delivery Managerami, Product Ownerami i zespołami deweloperskimi.
• Zaangażowanie interesariuszy z różnych regionów.
• Wsparcie wdrożenia i adopcji rozwiązania w 1000+ zespołach.
• Zapewnienie zgodności z portfelem transformacji technologicznej.

Job description

About the role:

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to support a global technology initiative focused on enhancing and rolling out an internal solution across 1,000+ teams. The role combines project delivery, stakeholder management and technology transformation, with close collaboration across Product, Delivery and Engineering teams.

• Manage the project end-to-end, from planning and mobilisation through delivery and closure
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies and expected outcomes
• Coordinate with Delivery Managers, Product Owners and development teams
• Engage with technology stakeholders across multiple regions
• Support the rollout and adoption of the solution across 1,000+ teams
• Ensure alignment with the wider technology change portfolio

Kogo poszukujemy?

Requirements:

• Strong IT Project Management experience and knowledge of PM best practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with business/technology transformation initiatives
• Ability to work effectively across regions in a global environment
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and Microsoft tools

Nice to have:
