Job summary

HeadHR is seeking an experienced Programme Leader to drive a large-scale ERP transformation, migrating from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Business Central and rolling out across more than 20 countries.

You will establish governance, manage scope and budget, coordinate multi-country delivery, and engage senior executives across Finance, Technology and Operations to ensure on-time completion.

This role requires 10+ years in IT transformations, ERP deployments, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading complex IT transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the global ERP transformation from mobilisation to closure.
• Govern NAV to Business Central migration and coordinate rollout across more than 20 countries.
• Establish programme governance, reporting structures, decision protocols, quality controls, and escalation paths.
• Own and control programme scope, roadmap, milestones, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery quality.
• Engage, influence, and align senior executives, country leadership, Finance, Technology, Operations, and programme sponsors.
• Oversee country readiness, data migration, testing, cutover, deployment, stabilisation, and transition to operations.
• Balance global standardisation with justified local, regulatory, and business requirements.

Job description

Main purpose of the position:

The purpose of this position is to lead and govern a complex, large-scale global ERP-class transformation, including the migration from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Business Central and rollout across more than 20 countries.

What you\'ll do:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the global ERP transformation, from mobilisation and planning through migration, deployment, transition, and closure.
• Govern the migration from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Business Central and coordinate rollout across more than 20 countries.
• Establish and manage programme governance, including steering committees, reporting structures, decision protocols, quality controls, and escalation paths.
• Own and control programme scope, roadmap, milestones, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery quality.
• Engage, influence, and align senior executives, country leadership, Finance, Technology, Operations, and programme sponsors.
• Oversee country readiness, business process alignment, data migration, testing, cutover, deployment, stabilisation, and transition to operations.
• Balance global standardisation with justified local, regulatory, and business requirements.

Key qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience leading complex, large-scale IT transformation projects or programmes.
• Proven track record of delivering global ERP implementations, migrations, or major platform transformations in multinational organisations.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Business Central, or comparable ERP-class systems.
• Demonstrated success managing multi-country deployments, ideally across 20 or more countries.
• Extensive experience establishing and operating project or programme governance, including executive steering forums.
• Proven ability to influence, challenge, and align difficult stakeholders at senior executive level.
• Strong financial management knowledge and experience working with Finance-led business processes and business-critical systems.
• Experience managing system integrators, external vendors, contracts, budgets, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Strong knowledge of risk, issue, dependency, quality, change, and benefits management.
• Project or programme management certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PgMP, is preferred.
