Job summary

Lyreco is seeking an IT Program Director to lead the technology teams in a major transformation in Gdansk, Poland. The role partners with the business for merchandising and services, guiding PIM, pricing and SRM implementations to enable data-driven decisions and excellent service.

You will manage senior technology talent, develop leaders, and collaborate with the Group IS Director and IT Leadership Team to drive the overall IT strategy in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to coach and develop a high performing team.
• 3-5 years managing managers and top technology talent.
• +5 years delivering and operating technology, preferably in merchandising, sales, service, ecommerce or marketing tech.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong balance of technical knowledge and business acumen.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to innovate and lead transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology teams that manage and develop tools for product and services data.
• Oversee PIM, pricing tools and SRM to support business goals.
• Partner with merchandising and product owners to deliver reliable services.
• Define technical capabilities and plans aligned with department strategy.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure SLAs are met with high customer satisfaction.
• Develop talents and succession planning within the IT team.
