Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Programmer Manager in Poznań to lead complex programmes, guiding multiple teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

You will collaborate with the Account Director and UK project team, manage risks, governance, vendor relationships, and resource plans, while ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to standards. This is a full-time role based in Poland with English-language selection processes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple teams across different workstreams.
• Experience with Account Director tasks (QBRs, Steering Meetings, budgeting).
• Software development Programme Management experience; ecommerce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery across the programme.
• Maintain client relationships and deliver to budget/schedule.
• Manage risks and produce programme reports for management.
