Job summary

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure delivery excellence, talent growth, and effective people processes within a dynamic IT delivery center.

• Proven people leadership, talent development and team-building abilities.
• Strong collaboration across functions to ensure seamless delivery.
• Understanding of SAFe Agile practices and Lean-Agile leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and recruit teams within the domain, driving agile, customer- and service-oriented behaviors.
• Ensure SAFe/Agile structure is implemented and execution is secure.
• Eliminate impediments and improve operations and flow across the org.
• Communicate with stakeholders following established governance models.
• Oversee service delivery, financial management, supplier management, and total cost of ownership.
• Promote Lean-Agile leadership values and drive change across the organization.
• Improve GITDC framework, standards and organization.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Financial Controllers and HR partners.
