Job summary

EY Poland is seeking an experienced IT/OT Security Transformation Lead for the IoT/OT Security HUB in the EMEIA region. The role focuses on governance, operating models and transforming security programs across OT/ICS environments.

You will drive security transformation projects, collaborate with OT, Security and IT teams, and support business development with methodology and client presentations. EY emphasizes innovation, hybrid work, and employee wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT/OT service management and security governance.
• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in IT/OT projects.
• Knowledge of trends and concepts in security governance and operating models.
• Understanding of Service Management concepts in enterprise IT and/or security.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate and lead projects in security governance and target IT/OT security operating models.
• Manage security transformation projects by designing organizational and process changes and drive convergence between OT, Security and IT teams.
• Establish and improve client's cybersecurity operations in industrial control systems.
• Develop security strategies and provide thought leadership in security operations, governance and target operating models.
• Support business development activities, including methodology development, proposal writing, and direct client presentations.
