Job summary

EY Poland invites an experienced IT/OT Security Consultant to join the IoT/OT Security HUB for the EMEIA region. You will contribute to IT/OT security governance, operating model transformations, and large-scale security transformation programs across industrial control systems.

You will lead projects, design organizational changes, support business development, and leverage EY.AI and EYQ tools to deliver innovative security solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT/OT service management, organization transformation, security governance and/or security operations.
• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in projects related to IT/OT.
• Knowledge of trends and concepts in the area of security governance and operating models (understanding of OT/ICS operating models is an advantage).
• Understanding of Service Management concepts in enterprise IT and/or security.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects in security governance and building target IT/OT security operating models.
• Manage security transformation projects by designing and implementing organizational and process changes and drive convergence between OT (Automation/Engineering), Security and IT teams.
• Establish and improve client’s cybersecurity operations in the area of industrial control systems.
• Develop security strategies and provide thought leadership in security operations, governance and target operating models.
• Support business development activities, including methodology development, proposal writing, and direct support for presentations to potential clients.
• EY.AI contributes to analyses, insights and innovative ideas via EYQ and other tools.
