Job summary

Basebeyond is seeking an IT/OT Network Administrator focused on Cisco LAN technologies to ensure stability, security, and performance across corporate and industrial environments.

You will monitor, design, and maintain Cisco-based networks, support PROFINET/Modbus/TCP/EtherNet/IP communications, and contribute to modernization projects while collaborating with IT, OT, and production teams.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of hands-on IT/OT network administration experience.
• Strong Cisco LAN troubleshooting and enterprise campus network knowledge.
• Experience with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, OPManager) and network security concepts.
• Familiarity with industrial protocols (PROFINET, Modbus/TCP, EtherNet/IP).
• Willingness to travel occasionally for project or site support.

Responsibilities

• Monitor LAN and WLAN infrastructure using professional monitoring platforms.
• Design, configure, and maintain Cisco-based network components.
• Support IT/OT network connectivity for production environments.
• Contribute to network deployment and modernization projects.
• Provide expert-level 3rd‑level troubleshooting with cross-functional teams.
