Job summary

Tieto Tech Consulting is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and operate sophisticated network and security solutions. You will work with LAN, WLAN, WAN, VPN, and NGFW technologies while supporting customers and on-site engineers.

You should have 5+ years in network administration and hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, or Check Point firewalls, plus strong TCP/IP and security knowledge. A hybrid work setup is offered along with ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in network administration.
• Strong knowledge of L2/L3 networking protocols and technologies.
• Experience with enterprise firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet, Check Point).
• Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting LAN/WAN/VPN/NGFW environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, implement, and operate complex network and security solutions.
• Troubleshoot LAN, WLAN, WAN, VPN, firewall, and NGFW environments.
• Perform patch management of network solutions.
• Monitor network performance and capacity; identify improvements.
• Provide remote support to on-site engineers and customers.
• Stay up to date with relevant network technologies and products.
