Job summary

Jit Team is seeking a DevOps/Platform Engineer to join our hybrid team based in Poland, with options from Gdynia, Gdańsk, or Warszawa. You will shape automation pipelines, drive self-healing platform capabilities, and support migration efforts in a SAFe Scrum environment.

You will work alongside international teams, focusing on CI/CD, GCE, and Red Hat technologies, while contributing to documentation and knowledge sharing. A Scandinavian culture and flexible work organization are emphasized.

Work model:

hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa (2/3 days per week from the office)

Project

You will be involved in a financial project focused on developing and continuously improving a modern technology platform through automation, DevOps practices, and advanced system administration. You will contribute to automation initiatives, platform self-healing capabilities, and migration activities in a collaborative SAFe Scrum environment.

Responsibilities you'll have

Expected competences and knowledge

• Experience with Agile/Scrum, preferably in a SAFe environment


• RHCSA certification or extensive hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8+


• Hands-on experience with GCE and VMware-to-GCE migration


• Experience with Red Hat Satellite patch management and automation


• Advanced Bash scripting skills and proficiency in Python or Perl


• Extensive experience with Ansible and configuration management


• Proficiency with Git and Jira


• Advanced troubleshooting and technical problem-solving capabilities


• Strong communication skills for technical documentation and effective collaboration

Strong innovative mindset with the ability to propose creative technical solutions

Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills with a high degree of team engagement
