Job summary

Netcompany is seeking a Project Manager in the Operations team in Warsaw to coordinate work across multiple IT projects, liaise with IT specialists and stakeholders, and ensure smooth delivery with clear documentation and risk tracking.

You will support managers in planning, prioritising and following up on the team’s work, build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, and help maintain structured, process‑oriented workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or engineering degree in Computer Science, Software/Computer Engineering, Infrastructure or related field.
• At least 2 years in a relevant IT role (project coordination, IT operations, consulting or software development).
• Experience coordinating projects or working with several stakeholders.
• Understand IT infrastructure and operations fundamentals.
• Take initiative, learn quickly and work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Structured, process-oriented and able to create and maintain documentation.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate projects involving IT teams and stakeholders.
• Support managers in planning, prioritising and following up on the team’s work.
• Coordinate operational cases and help ensure actions are performed effectively.
• Maintain clear processes, project documentation and status updates.
• Build effective working relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Identify risks, dependencies and issues and support the team in resolving them.
