Job summary

SINGU Group in Kraków seeks an IT Systems Administrator to consolidate fragmented IT estates after acquisitions. You’ll manage accounts, devices, access, connectivity and the helpdesk while implementing standardized processes.

This hands-on role includes migrations of Microsoft 365 tenants, data transfers, and building integrations between tools. You’ll also automate repetitive tasks with PowerShell and contribute to security baselines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on in internal IT, IT support or systems administration in a multi-site environment.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration at tenant level: Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint licensing.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS endpoints with MDM platforms (Intune, Jamf, Kandji or similar).
• Scripting to automate routine work (PowerShell); able to build or adapt scripts with AI assistance.
• Professional English and Polish for an international team and day-to-day support in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Run the internal helpdesk: triage, resolve and elevate requests within SLAs for colleagues across SINGU Group.
• Execute joiner, mover and leaver processes end-to-end: accounts, licenses, group membership and hardware.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and internal application estate day-to-day: users, groups, licenses, shared mailboxes, Teams, SharePoint, CRM, ERP, HR and ticketing tools.
• Handle identity and access at operator level: SSO, MFA enrollment, conditional access, role and group assignment.
• Own device lifecycle across Windows and macOS: procurement, build standards, MDM enrollment, patching, repairs and secure disposal.
• Support offices and networks: Wi-Fi, switches, firewalls, VPN, DNS, connectivity, printers and meeting-room AV.
• Administer AI tooling: seats, workspace configuration, spend, and helping colleagues get value.
• Deliver consolidation projects: merging Microsoft 365 tenants, migrating mailboxes and data, decommissioning legacy systems.
• Build integrations between internal systems to move data automatically.
• Verify backup and recovery for the internal estate; ensure they work.
• Automate repetitive parts with scripting; use AI to speed things up.
• Write and maintain documentation: runbooks, asset records, how-to guides, security audit evidence.
• Implement security baselines and report issues rather than workaround.
