Job summary

SINGU in Poland is seeking an experienced IT Operations Lead to own the group’s IT estate, including systems, devices, networks and the helpdesk. The role is highly autonomous, with fast decision-making and a clear path to scale a multi-site environment.

You will manage MS 365 tenancy, device lifecycle (MDM), network services, and security baselines while coordinating with auditors and vendors. Hybrid work options available in Warsaw or Kraków, with a competitive PLN salary.

Qualifications

• You have run IT operations in a multi-site or distributed business.
• Hands-on tenant level management with Microsoft 365 and related platforms.
• Experience with MDM across macOS and Windows.
• Strong scripting and automation mindset.
• Clear documentation and ability to explain to non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Own IT environment across the group end-to-end.
• Manage identity, devices, networks, and AI tooling.
• Lead joiner/mover/leaver processes and vendor relationships.
• Implement security baselines and support audits.
