Job summary

Michael Page is looking for an IT Operations leader to own end-to-end IT service delivery for a standalone business unit in Poland. You will partner with local leadership, manage multiple vendors and drive ITIL-aligned processes across a multi-site environment.

The role requires strong communication in English and Polish, as well as experience with Microsoft 365 and security/compliance considerations. Warsaw and additional sites are mentioned as locations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT Operations, Infrastructure, Service Delivery or End-User Services experience in a corporate environment.
• Solid understanding of ITIL and IT Service Management frameworks.
• Experience working within matrix organisations, shared service models and multi-vendor environments.
• Demonstrated success delivering IT projects and operational improvements.
• Fluent English and Polish are essential.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end IT service delivery and ensure reliable, secure and business-focused technology operations.
• Act as the primary IT partner for local business leadership, translating business needs into actionable technology solutions.
• Manage relationships with multiple service providers, vendors and central IT teams, ensuring seamless service integration and accountability.
• Drive IT Service Management processes including Incident, Problem, Change and Major Incident Management in line with ITIL best practices.
• Monitor service performance, manage escalations and deliver continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Ensure effective delivery of workplace technologies, including Microsoft 365, end-user computing, mobile devices and collaboration solutions.
• Maintain compliance with security, governance and audit requirements while supporting risk management activities.
• Lead local IT projects, technology rollouts and business-driven initiatives from planning through implementation and handover to operations.
• Support organisational change initiatives and help build a scalable IT operating model for a standalone business.
