Paessler GmbH in Kraków is seeking an IT Operations Architect to lead our enterprise IT operations architecture. You will shape strategy, design scalable, secure, multi-cloud infrastructure, and mentor engineers.

The role requires 8+ years in IT infrastructure/operations, hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, security controls, and policy-as-code. Fluent English; German a plus.

This full-time position offers a permanent contract, flexible hours, and an international team environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT infrastructure and operations with architecture scope.
• Hands-on experience across AWS, Azure and GCP.
• Strong knowledge of networking, security, and policy-as-code.

Responsibilities

• Define and own IT Operations architecture roadmap across cloud, infrastructure and security.
• Lead budget discussion and KPI governance for the IT team.
• Drive multi-cloud design, automation and operational runbooks.
• Mentor engineers and lead technical design reviews.
• Translate business needs into scalable architectural models.
