Responsibilities

• Provide technical strategy and hands‑on contribution to the product codebase.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of strategic engineering programs.
• Co‑own roadmaps with product management and set governance.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of experimentation and discipline.
