Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations, with at least 3 years in an architecture role.
• Proven expertise in IT server administration across Windows and Linux.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Deep networking knowledge including DNS, BGP, TCP/IP.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based service management processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and own IT Operations architecture across infrastructure, cloud, and service management.
• Manage AI platforms and implement AI solutions into workflows.
• Conduct hands-on root cause analysis for major incidents.
• Lead architecture review boards and mentor engineers.
• Translate business requirements into technical architecture.
