Job summary

MTU Aero Engines Polska is seeking an IT Network Administrator to join our Tajęcina team. You will manage firewall platforms, monitor performance, troubleshoot incidents, and coordinate vendor support across networking, cloud, security and local IT teams.

The role requires hands-on firewall experience, strong TCP/IP knowledge, and good English for our international environment. On-site work with opportunities for professional development and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with firewall technologies and advanced network troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of at least one platform: Fortinet or Cisco; experience with both is a significant advantage.
• Very good understanding of TCP/IP, routing, NAT, network segmentation, high availability and network security principles.
• Experience with monitoring tools, log analysis, backup/restore procedures and configuration management.
• Ability to perform technical diagnostics and collaborate with multiple teams and vendors.
• Strong communication skills and good English in an international environment.
• Team player and self-motivated.
• Participate in on-call support rotations and planned maintenance windows.
