Job summary

Demant seeks an experienced IT Manager to lead Operations & Business Integrations within Diagnostics IT. You will head an international IT services team supporting manufacturing sites in Poland and Italy, ensuring secure, scalable technology services while integrating acquired businesses into a unified Demant technology landscape.

You will coordinate with Global IT, drive adoption of central platforms, and oversee governance, security, and audits, reporting to the Diagnostics IT Leadership Team.

Qualifications

• Solid leadership experience in IT infrastructure, technology services, or enterprise IT.
• Experience leading distributed teams across countries, functions, and organizational boundaries.
• Understanding of infrastructure, applications, identity, connectivity, security, and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop an international IT team across Diagnostics sites in Poland and Italy.
• Take overall responsibility for Factory Technology Services in Rosówek and Padova.
• Provide direction to local IT managers, ensuring stable, secure services for factory and operational environments.
• Interface Diagnostics IT with Global IT and central technology teams; translate business needs into sustainable solutions.
• Lead technology integration for acquisitions and new business areas across infrastructure, connectivity, identity, applications, security, and local IT services.
• Drive adoption of central services, standards, and processes while reducing unnecessary local solutions.
• Collaborate with M&A, architects, application owners, stakeholders, Global IT and local teams during integration.
• Coordinate readiness and evidence for audits; support governance, compliance, vulnerability management, and IAM processes.
• Manage external vendors, SLAs, contracts, budgets, and resources within agreed frameworks.
• Contribute to Diagnostics IT Leadership Team to shape technology backbone for future systems.

We are looking for an experienced and people-focused IT Manager to lead Operations & Business Integrations within Diagnostics IT. You will be responsible for Factory Technology Services supporting our operations in Rosowek, Poland, and Padova, Italy, while acting as a key interface between Diagnostics IT and Global IT infrastructure and other central technology functions.

A key part of the role is ensuring that acquired companies and new business areas are successfully integrated into the Demant technology landscape. You will help move local and legacy solutions toward the agreed target environment, central systems, security standards, and operating processes.

What tasks are waiting for you?

• Build, lead, and develop an international team, fostering engagement, ownership, knowledge sharing, and cross-cultural collaboration
• Take overall responsibility for Factory Technology Services across Diagnostics sites in Rosowek and Padova
• Provide direction to local IT managers and support resources, ensuring stable and effective services for factory and operational environments
• Act as the key Diagnostics IT interface to Global IT infrastructure and other central technology teams, translating business needs into sustainable solutions
• Lead and coordinate technology integration for acquired companies and new business areas across infrastructure, connectivity, identity and access, applications, security, and local IT services
• Drive adoption of relevant central services, platforms, standards, and processes, while reducing unnecessary local solutions
• Work closely with M&A, architects, application owners, business stakeholders, Global IT, and local teams throughout integration activities
• Coordinate technology readiness and evidence during audits, and support governance, compliance, vulnerability management, and identity and access management processes
• Manage external vendors, service-level agreements, contracts, budgets, and resources within agreed frameworks
• Contribute to the Diagnostics IT Leadership Team and help shape the technology backbone for future Diagnostics systems and business processes

• you have solid leadership experience in IT infrastructure, technology services, digital solutions, or a comparable enterprise IT environment
• you have experience leading distributed teams and collaborating across countries, functions, and organizational boundaries
• you understand how infrastructure, applications, identity, connectivity, security, and business processes combine into a reliable technology foundation
• you have experience managing vendors and service-level agreements
• you can connect business needs with technical capabilities and make informed decisions without needing to be a deep specialist in every technology domain
• you are structured, governance-oriented, and comfortable balancing strategic priorities with operational stability
• you communicate clearly, build trust, and can lead change in business-critical environments
• you are fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment

It would be nice if:

• you have experience with M&A IT integration, technology transformation, or large‑scale IT onboarding
• you have worked with factory, manufacturing, or other operationally critical IT environments
• you have experience with audits, compliance, security governance, or technology standardization across multiple sites
• you are familiar with enterprise architecture forums and target-state technology planning

You will join the Diagnostics IT Leadership Team and report to the Vice President of Diagnostics IT. The role is based in Szczecin but also requires visits in Rosówekfacility and involves close collaboration with colleagues in Poland, Italy, Denmark, the USA, and other locations.
