Job summary

Demant Diagnostics is seeking a Business Process Partner - Finance to join our Rosówek-based facility. You will work with global stakeholders to improve Finance processes within ERP and ensure alignment across Finance, IT, and business units.

The role offers exposure to international projects, opportunities to develop analytical and strategic thinking, and potential international travel while supporting our production and global operations.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Economics, Finance, or International Business.
• 2+ years of accounting experience; familiarity with group reporting or controlling processes.
• Experience in a global setup and ERP projects deploying a global template is an advantage.
• Strong interest in how IT can support business processes and drive optimization.
• Operational knowledge of Navision 2009 is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Co-create and continuously improve Finance processes with Global Process Owners and stakeholders
• Represent Finance needs in process and system initiatives

If so, we would love to welcome you to Demant Diagnostics as our new Business Process Partner -Finance.

You will be based at our production facility in Rosówek while working closely with manufacturers, brand owners, and sales companies around the world.

As a Business Process Partner, you will work closely with the Business Process Owner and key stakeholders across the organization to identify improvement opportunities, coordinate initiatives, and contribute to the development and implementation of Finance solutions within ERP.

Your profile:

• have aneducational background withinEconomics,Finance, orInternationalBusiness;
• 2+ years of accounting experience; familiarity with group reporting or controlling processes;
• experience working in a global setup and experience from ERP projects deploying a global template is an advantage;
• have a strong interest in how IT can support business processes and understand the importance of process optimization and strategy;
• operational knowledge and practical experience working with Navision 2009 will be highly beneficial;
• a team player with drive and passion;
• have great analytical skills, sharp, curious, mature;
• fluent in English;
• have an international profile.
