Smith+ Nephew is seeking an IT Director, ERP Data & Master Data Management to lead strategy, governance, and transformation of data across a global ERP landscape. The role will shape data principles and standards to enable analytics, AI and growth.

This senior leadership position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data quality, and enterprise data architecture, with a hybrid work model and strategic impact across the organisation.

Competenze

• 15+ years of experience in ERP, Enterprise Applications and Data Management environments.
• Significant experience leading enterprise scale ERP transformation programmes and data initiatives.
• Deep expertise in Data Governance, Master Data Management, Data Quality and Data Architecture.
• Proven success leading global teams and influencing senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• Experience supporting SAP modernisation, cloud transformation and enterprise data strategies.

• Lead the ERP Data and Master Data Management organisation, creating strategy, controls, governance and capabilities needed to establish trusted, connected and business-ready data across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with data owners, process owners and technology leaders to drive digital transformation and data strategy across functions.
