Smith+ Nephew is seeking an ERP Portfolio Demand & Delivery Leader to own the end-to-end ERP demand flow across the global enterprise and drive delivery excellence in a complex, transformative environment.

You will partner with business and IT leaders to align investments with strategic objectives, manage risks, dependencies, and resource capacity, and lead multi-region ERP programmes with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years IT and ERP experience, ideally within MedTech or related industries.
• 10+ years leading large scale ERP programmes and portfolios with proven delivery of transformations.
• 5+ years in leadership roles managing programme/PMO functions or ERP delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ERP demand flow across the global enterprise, ensuring initiatives are assessed, prioritised, funded and delivered.
• Govern ERP projects and enhancements, driving delivery excellence in a complex global landscape.
• Partner with business and IT leaders, stakeholders and partners to ensure portfolio performance, risks and resources are managed.
