Job summary

IMI Climate Control in Poland seeks an IT Desktop Support Technician to deliver end-user hardware, software, and networking support across IMI locations. You will troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, AD/AAD, Intune, and related devices, while enabling secure access and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting end users in a corporate environment, onsite and remote.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, AD/AAD, and Intune.
• Familiarity with IT security principles and incident handling.
• Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow or similar).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line IT support to end users onsite and remotely.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for desktops and laptops.
• Manage user accounts and access rights via AD, Azure AD, and M365.
• Install, configure, and deploy hardware and workplace tech solutions.
• Document issues, maintain asset records, and support IT projects.
• Promote IT security best practices and support IMI standards.
