Danone is seeking an IT & Data Product Analyst to lead Core HR data and transformation within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. You will safeguard data integrity, advise on data migrations, and support HR transformations across global processes. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with HR, Payroll, and IT teams, and offers growth toward leadership responsibilities.

The position is hybrid, based in Warsaw with relocation support. English is essential; Polish or French is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central preferred.
• Experience with other HRIS (Workday, Oracle HCM) will also be considered.
• Strong understanding of HR Master Data management and organizational structures.
• Experience in data migration, data transformation, organizational changes, or HR system implementations.
• Ability to perform impact assessments across complex HR ecosystems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work in a global and multicultural environment.
• Very good level in English. French / Polish is a plus.

About The Job

We are looking for a highly skilled IT & Data Product Analyst to join our Core HR team as Core HR Data & Transformation Lead.

This role will be responsible for safeguarding the integrity, quality, and evolution of Core HR data across our SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central landscape.

The successful candidate will act as a key internal reference for HR data topics, supporting organizational transformations, data migrations, mass updates, and business-driven changes impacting employee, position, and organizational data.

The role requires a strong understanding of HR master data, organizational structures, and global HR processes, while working closely with HR stakeholders, product teams, payroll teams, and integration teams to ensure impacts are properly assessed and managed.

This position offers strong growth opportunities toward broader project, product, and leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Core HR Data Ownership

• Act as the subject matter lead for Core HR data within SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the Core HR data model, foundation objects, organizational structures, and employee data architecture.
• Ensure consistency and quality of HR master data across the platform.

Organizational Transformations & Data Changes

• Support and coordinate data-related activities supporting reorganizations, acquisitions, mergers, and business transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate large-scale employee, position, and organizational updates.
• Support planning and execution of mass uploads and data migration activities.

Impact Analysis & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Assess impacts of data changes across downstream systems, reporting solutions, payroll processes, and connected platforms.
• Act as the primary liaison between Core HR and integration teams regarding data impacts and business requirements.
• Support project teams in defining data-related requirements and implementation approaches.

Data Quality & Governance

• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR data quality processes.
• Identify risks related to data integrity and define mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance, security, and privacy requirements related to sensitive employee data.

Project & Stakeholder Support

• Support business stakeholders throughout analysis, testing, validation, and deployment activities.
• Provide expertise and guidance during audits, transformation projects, and strategic HR initiatives.
• Maintain appropriate documentation, standards, and best practices related to Core HR data.

About you

Required Skills And Qualifications
