Danone is seeking an HR Data Management Specialist to ensure data quality across SAP SuccessFactors and connected systems. You will support reporting and analytics, drive data governance, and partner with HR teams to improve data processes.

The role requires analyzing data quality, maintaining data models, and delivering reliable HR insights in a matrixed, international environment. Hybrid work is offered in Warsaw.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR data governance and data quality control.
• Ability to design efficient data flows for HR systems.
• Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors data model and reporting.
• Strong English communication and collaboration in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency of HR data across SAP SuccessFactors and connected platforms.
• Monitor data quality, identify discrepancies, coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Support data synchronization between core HR systems and connected apps.
• Collaborate with HR Data Stewards to improve data management practices.
• Publish HR data quality KPIs and dashboards from multiple regions.
• Assist design, testing, and validation of SAP SuccessFactors reports.
• Maintain and enhance the SAP SuccessFactors HR Data Model with data owners.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, data integrity, and user experience.
• Act as SME on HR data, supporting reporting needs and best practices.

Short Intro and About the Job

As an HR Data Management Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of HR data quality, consistency, and governance across SAP SuccessFactors and connected systems. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner for HR teams, ensuring data accuracy, supporting reporting and analytics, and driving continuous improvements in HR data processes. Your work will help enable data-driven decision-making and provide a reliable foundation for people-related insights across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy, quality, and consistency of HR data within SAP SuccessFactors and across integrated platforms.
• Monitor and analyze data quality, identify discrepancies, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
• Support and maintain data synchronization processes between core HR systems and connected applications.
• Collaborate with HR Data Stewards and business stakeholders to improve, simplify, and standardize HR data management practices.
• Contribute to HR data governance initiatives by establishing and maintaining data quality controls and processes.
• Prepare, monitor, and publish HR data quality KPIs and dashboards, gathering inputs from multiple regions and teams.
• Support the design, testing, and validation of SAP SuccessFactors reports to ensure reliable and meaningful insights.
• Maintain and enhance the SAP SuccessFactors HR Data Model in partnership with data owners and system experts.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives that increase data integrity, efficiency, and user experience.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on HR data, supporting stakeholders with data-related questions, reporting needs, and best practices.

About You

• Ability to explain SuccessFactors data model to non-technically minded colleagues
• Understanding of system development life-cycle, software and database structures, testing cycles
• Be able to document and ensure consistency of data management between systems
• Fluency in English
• minimum 4-5 years experience
