Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our IT projects across industries. You will work with stakeholders to translate needs into user stories, requirements, and diagrams, ensuring clear specifications and traceability.

Collaborate with developers, testers, Scrum Masters and Product Owners; support UAT, create documentation, and drive process improvements. Proficiency in English is essential; familiarity with BPMN, UML, Jira and Confluence is a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in IT business analysis.
Familiarity with the software development lifecycle.
Knowledge of Scrum, BPMN and UML notation.
Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
Strong communication and analytical skills; team player.
Excellent written and spoken technical English.

Responsibilities

Cooperating with business partners to understand their needs
Creating user stories, functional and non-functional requirements, diagrams
Translating business requirements into technical specifications
Creating project documentation
Supporting UAT tests
Cooperating with a team of programmers, testers, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners
