Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join an international IT team focused on digital solutions for remarketing and resale of used vehicles. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and IT teams across countries to translate needs into effective solutions.

Responsibilities include requirements definition, validation with stakeholders, backlog support, and facilitating testing and change activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a business analyst.
• Experience with stakeholders, Product Owners and IT teams.
• Proficient in BPMN and UML for process modeling.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and IT teams across different countries, helping to translate business needs into effective and sustainable solutions.

Your tasks

• Analyzing business needs and translating them into clear functional requirements
• Defining, documenting and validating requirements together with business stakeholders
• Supporting the Product Owner in managing the backlog and prioritizing requests
• Planning and supporting functional testing and user acceptance testingSupporting solution rollouts and change management activities
• Identifying business impacts of new solutions and supporting action plans
• Acting as a link between business stakeholders and project or maintenance teams
• Providing functional support, monitoring production and coordinating user requests

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of business analysis
• Experience working closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners and IT teams
• Practical knowledge of functional testing and User Acceptance Testing
• Experience with backlog management, prioritization and change management
• Strong expertise in Jira for project management and task tracking
• Proficiency in BPMN and UML for process modeling and requirements documentation
• Ability to assess the business impact of new solutions and define appropriate actions
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Openness for a hybrid model, with 2–3 days per week from the office in Warsaw
