Sii Poland is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join a community of over 300 analysts. You will gather requirements for banking, e-commerce, and other sectors, model processes, and craft functional specifications. The role emphasizes collaboration with IT and internal stakeholders, plus hands-on test planning.

Proficiency in UML/BPMN, SQL, SCRUM, and strong English/Polish skills are essential. You’ll work with centralized tools and benefit from internal training and a supportive, diverse

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements.
• Experience in banking, financial sector, or e-commerce.
• Knowledge of UML and BPMN notation, SQL, and modeling tools.
• Experience with SCRUM methodology.
• Proficiency in Confluence and JIRA, and collaboration tools.
• Knowledge of manual application testing: test scenarios, cases, defects.
• Advanced English and Polish language skills.

Responsibilities

• Gathering, agreeing on, and analyzing business requirements and developing solution recommendations.
• Defining system non-functional requirements and collaborating with IT.
• Cooperating with internal experts and managers to design optimal solutions.
