Job summary

Atos is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to support an ongoing IT project for a client in the railway sector. The role focuses on refining business processes, delivering key analytical artefacts, and ensuring data quality.

This position offers a fully remote arrangement in Poland and operates on a B2B basis. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years as a Lead IT Business Analyst, strong knowledge of Angular and .NET, and fluency in Polish (C2).

Qualifications

• Lead IT Business Analyst with proven track record (min 5 years).
• Angular and .NET knowledge incl. high availability mechanisms.
• Familiar with frontend/backend UI/UX frameworks and database solutions.
• Proficiency in UML 2.5.1, ArchiMate 3.1, BPMN 2.0 notations.
• Hands-on Sparx Enterprise Architect (min 2 years).
• Working knowledge of Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Basic SQL/JSON for data verification.
• Fluent Polish, C2 level (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Refine business processes using prepared analytical materials and prior analysis outputs.
• Create and maintain mockups (wireframes) and product backlog.
• Develop use cases and test scenarios.
• Create and update analytical and technical documentation.
• Verify data using SQL/JSON.
