Job summary

Hitachi Energy Services SP. Z O.O. in Kraków is offering a Global Mobility Intern position within the Global Mobility team.

The role supports management of employee movement worldwide by delivering knowledge, solutions, and compliant processes to our people and stakeholders. You will handle invoice review and billing controls, coordinate compensation data from payroll in multiple countries, and assist International Assignment Coordinators as needed.

Qualifications

• University student graduating in 2027 or later.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Comfortable working remotely in a virtual team, international environment and diverse cultures.
• Strong numeric and analytic skills, and good general IT skills.
• Intermediate knowledge in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Invoice handling: review draft invoices, ensure services billed are authorized and per quotation/fee list; create Purchase Requests and Goods Received clearance; ad hoc investigations.
• Coordination of Compensation collection: request and collect compensation data from payroll teams in different countries.
• Support International Assignment Coordinators as required.
