Hitachi Energy in Poland is seeking an Applications Manager to support the Quality Management System portfolio. You will be involved in testing and validation of our products and maximize the business value of the applications in your portfolio.

The role requires extensive IT experience, vendor management, and excellent communication. You will work in a hybrid or remote setup depending on location, partnering with business teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with Hitachi

Qualifikationen

• min. 8+ years in IT and at least 5 years in application management (quality/engineering/manufacturing apps preferred).
• Vendor management experience (tasks, processes & KPI).
• Strong communication and analytical capabilities.
• English level B2 or better.

Aufgaben

• Align the applications with HE IT Enterprise Architecture and Global IT Domains strategy.
• Ensure that all applications have proper license arrangements for the user community.
• Register applications in CMDB and follow HE Service Management guidelines.
• Deliver Service Delivery within SLAs for incidents and change requests; governance per HE standards and IT security compliance.
• Maintain technical and user documentation and keep it up to date.
• Manage vendors and costs to ensure best value for service delivery.
• Work with business teams and application owners to pursue continuous improvement.
