Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT with at least 5 years in application management or similar role.
• Experience managing business applications and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with vendor management and service delivery.
• Project management experience, including planning and coordination.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow; AI solutions are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate application support activities including incidents, requests, changes.
• Work with business stakeholders and owners to identify improvement opportunities.

• Monitor service performance and ensure service levels are met.
