ABB, a global technology leader, seeks an experienced IS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Legal & Integrity information systems initiatives. You will partner with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to define scope, budgets and schedules, and ensure governance and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

You will work in a hybrid model, coordinating cross-functional teams internationally and reporting to the IS Senior Service Owner for Legal & Integrity.

Formación

• 5+ years delivering complex Information Systems projects in international environments.
• Experience in project governance, budgets, schedules, risk management, and stakeholder reporting.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master are advantageous.

Join us and help run what runs the world.This position reports to:IS Senior Service Owner, Legal&Integrity__Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to define project planning strategies, select and implement appropriate project delivery methodologies, and lead the successful execution of global Legal & Integrity Information Systems initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, architects, business analysts, and service teams to deliver solutions that support ABB's Legal and Integrity function worldwide.The work model for the role is: #Li-hybridThis role is contributing to the Core IS Function - IS Legal & Integrity anddelivers services to Corporate Legal & Integrity colleagues globally.You will be mainly accountable for:Leading end-to-end delivery of global Information Systems projects within the Legal & Integrity portfolio.Defining all project documents jointly with stakeholders, including scope, business case, schedules, budgets, resource plans, governance, communication, and risk management plans.Managing multiple concurrent initiatives, including application implementations, system enhancements, vendor transitions, data migrations, compliance initiatives, and digital transformation projects.Supporting RFP, vendor selection, contract negotiations, and implementation activities for Legal and Integrity applications.Coordinating cross-functional project teams consisting of business stakeholders, external vendors, architects, developers, support teams, and business analysts.Monitoring project financials, including budgets, forecasts, invoices, and cost tracking.Managing project risks, dependencies, issues, and escalations while driving timely resolutions.Ensuring project delivery complies with ABB governance, security, architecture, and compliance requirements.Preparing executive-level project reporting and steering committee materials according to ABB gate model.Collaborating with Service Owners and Operations Managers to ensure smooth transition from project delivery into operational support.Qualifications for the roleYou have 5+ years of experience delivering complex Information Systems projects in an international environment.You have established skills in Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Vendor Management, and Business Analysis.You are highly adept in Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and project portfolio management practices.You have experience managing third-party suppliers, implementation partners, and software vendors.You are passionate about collaboration, problem solving, and building trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders.Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent are considered an advantage.You are at ease communicating in English, both written and spoken.You have excellent presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.More about usThe Legal & Integrity IS organization supports a portfolio of global applications and digital solutions used by ABB's Corporate Legal and Integrity function.
