Job summary

ABB in Kraków is seeking a skilled IT operations professional to support and administer critical business applications, with a focus on IAM and UAM processes, system interfaces, and data transfers.

You will collaborate with global teams to implement upgrades, resolve access issues, and ensure secure, reliable digital services across our ABB Robotics unit.

Qualifications

• Experience in application support, administration, or IT operations.
• Experience with IS applications architecture and governance.
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and User Access Management (UAM).
• Understanding of system integrations, interfaces, APIs, and data transfer processes.
• Familiarity with hosting environments and networking concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Architect, support and administer technical business applications and related services.
• Design and manage IAM and UAM processes, including user onboarding, access requests, and role management for relevant applications.
• Architect, Configure and support interfaces, integrations, and data transfers between systems.
• Contribute to application implementation, upgrades, and infrastructure-related projects.
• Investigate and resolve application, connectivity, and access-related issues.
• Collaborate with business users, infrastructure teams, and external vendors.
