Job summary

WizzDev, a 30-person embedded systems and IoT team, seeks a self-driven Technical Project Manager to own planning and delivery for international client projects. You will bridge business needs and engineering execution, ensuring smooth delivery and high client satisfaction.

You will coordinate initiation to delivery, prepare estimates, and monitor budgets and timelines while supporting Agile ceremonies and clear reporting. Fluency in English and independent work are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing software development projects.
• Excellent command of English (C1) with confidence in direct client communication.
• Experience leading development teams using Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle challenges.
• Desirable: AgilePM or PSM certification.

Responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with clients to understand and refine requirements.
• Plan and coordinate all aspects of projects from initiation to delivery.
• Prepare project estimates, proposals, and timelines.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, risks, and progress.
• Manage team capacity and priorities while keeping stakeholders aligned.
• Support Agile ceremonies (planning, daily standups, retrospectives).
• Ensure documentation and reporting standards are met.
