WizzDev in Poznań, Poland is seeking a proactive Technical Sales Associate fluent in English and Polish to connect with European technical decision-makers, match needs with engineering expertise, manage sales processes, and help maintain WizzDev’s presence on freelance platforms.
You will collaborate with developers to prepare proposals, handle inquiries, and grow the project pipeline through outbound efforts, while reflecting WizzDev’s strengths in hardware, embedded, and IoT domains.
We at WizzDev are looking for a proactive, tech-savvy Technical Sales Associate fluent in both English and Polish, who is excited about embedded systems and IoT innovation. In this role, you’ll be connecting with technical decision-makers across Europe to match their needs with WizzDev’s engineering expertise. You’ll manage inbound and outbound sales processes, work closely with developers to prepare proposals, and help maintain a strong presence on freelance platforms like Upwork. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for technology, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to communicate technical concepts with clarity and confidence.
Identify and match relevant job opportunities on platforms like Upwork, and collaborate with engineers to craft effective proposals,
Handle inbound inquiries via Upwork, the WizzDev website, and email, converting leads into long-term clients,
Maintain and optimize developer profiles to reflect WizzDev’s services and technical strengths,
Participate in outbound sales efforts to grow the company’s project pipeline,
Build relationships with decision-makers such as CTOs, Product Managers, and Engineering Leads at hardware product companies,
Track activities and working hours using WizzDev’s internal systems.
Degree in Telecommunications, Robotics, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a related technical field,
Fluent in English (C1) and Polish, with excellent communication and writing skills,
Prior experience in sales – be prepared to discuss what you’ve sold and how,
Located in the European time zone (preferably Poland), with occasional availability for in-person meetings,
A quick learner, proactive, and able to grasp and communicate technical concepts effectively.
Experience with Upwork or other freelance platforms,
Familiarity with embedded or IoT technologies,
Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tracking tools,
Experience working in or with engineering teams.
