Job summary

Franklin Templeton's Benefit Street Partners (BSP) unit in Poznan, Poland, is seeking a Data and Reporting Analyst to support Investment Risk reporting, analytics, data quality and process improvement across BSP investment strategies. You will develop Tableau dashboards, automate data workflows, and ensure data accuracy by reconciling and validating risk data, while delivering

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data and reporting
• Experience reconciling and validating data from multiple systems
• Some experience in finance, including accountancy, private credit, loans, bonds
• Familiarity with portfolio management, risk or fund accounting systems

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly, quarterly and ad hoc Investment Risk reports
• Maintain reporting processes and controls
• Extract, transform, reconcile and validate risk-related data
• Investigate data discrepancies and communicate resolutions
• Support ad hoc analyses and portfolio-level reporting
• Develop and automate data workflows using reporting tools
• Create and enhance Tableau dashboards and analytics outputs
• Identify reporting and data quality improvements using AI including Codex
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve reporting issues
• Document procedures, controls and process maps
