Qualifications

Degree in finance or related areas.
At least 1 year of experience in management of operational risk.
Interest in data analysis and reporting.
Knowledge of European regulations about operational risk management and capital requirements for financial institutions.
MS Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

Identify and assess operational risk in products, processes, projects and IT systems.
Analyze business processes and issue recommendations for risk-based changes.
Collect and report operational incidents and evaluate required provisions.
Maintain control over risk self-assessment processes.
Prepare regular senior management reporting and materials.
Develop methodology for provisions calculation on risk events.
