Job summary

Franklin Templeton is seeking a professional to join its Private Asset Operations team in Poznań to work with non-listed, non-liquid private investments. You will collaborate with Legal, Trading, Portfolio Managers, custodians, transfer agents, and issuers to support the full operational lifecycle from legal review through settlement and actions.

This role helps turn private placements into well-documented transactions.

Qualifications

Experience in investment operations, asset servicing, trade support, custody, corporate actions, or related functions.
Interest in private markets and non-standard investment structures.
Experience managing transactions with limited or evolving processes.

Responsibilities

Review legal and operational documentation for newly signed private market transactions.
Coordinate wire transfers and funding for private deals.
Support trade booking, settlement, and position reconciliation.
Analyze legal restrictions, lock-up periods, legends, and transferability requirements.
Coordinate restriction and legend removal with internal and external legal teams, custodians, transfer agents, and issuers.
Identify settlement routes for assets that do not have standard settlement routes.
Process corporate actions affecting private assets.
Support cash management activities related to private investments.
Turn a “simple private placement” into a controlled, well-documented, and successfully completed transaction.
