Sii Poland is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to leverage data analytics to enhance risk management, control effectiveness, and strategic decision-making across Technology, Cyber and Data Risk functions. The role focuses on large datasets, insightful reporting, and stakeholder collaboration to influence business outcomes.

Key duties include developing dashboards, transforming data into actionable insights, and partnering with Data Engineers to improve data quality and reporting capabilities

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis or BI roles.
• Strong SQL and Python skills with ability to manipulate large datasets.
• Advanced Excel knowledge for data preparation and modeling.
• Experience with Power BI, Qlik or similar visualization tools.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in risk, governance or control environments is a plus.
• Willingness to work from Cracow office three times per month.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Develop dashboards, reports and management information solutions.
• Transform data into actionable insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Design and enhance key risk, performance and control metrics.
• Support data-driven decision making across global teams.

• Contribute to process optimization and transformation initiatives within the control management environment.
