Boehringer Ingelheim offers a 6-month paid internship in HR Learning Services in Wrocław. The program is on-site at least 3 days a week with flexible start times, designed for students or graduates seeking exposure to HR learning administration.

You will assist with trainings, reporting, and communications in English and German, using MS Office and collaborating with the Learning Services team. An inclusive workplace and hands-on learning await you.

Qualificações

• Fluent(min B1) English and German required for daily communication.
• Available for a minimum of 32 hours per week.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take ownership of assigned tasks.

Joining our company, you will gather an overview of the GBS-HR Organization with a particular focus on the tasks and responsibilities of the Learning Services team.

The start time of our 6 months long paid internship program as well as the working hours can be flexibly adjusted to your availability. We are meeting on-site in our office in Wrocław at least 3 days a week.

The Position

As an Intern in HR Learning Services Team, you will:

• Participate in trainings (according to training schedule) and workshops.
• Participate in team/country meetings
• Support projects, research and team engagement activities
• Prepare and analyze learning reports
• Support trainings organization and administration, incl. communication with the learners/trainers
• Support learning marketing materials creation, newsletters
• Respond to basic queries by email in English and in German

About our future intern

You should speak German and English at min. B1 level and have willingness to learn new skills and to take over responsibility for the assigned tasks.

Additionally, we are looking for:

• Students or graduates interested in the field of HR or Learning Administration
• Availability minimum 32 hours per week
• Willingness to learn new skills and to take over responsibility for the assigned tasks
• Proactivity, good organization of the own work and the ability to prioritize
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills with high level of reliability and confidentiality
• Empathy, team spirit and service-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel)
