You will support daily training operations, create dashboards and reports, and collaborate with technology experts to explore automation and AI-powered solutions. This 12-month internship offers a practical, real-world learning path.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, AI, CS, Psychology, Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.
• English language proficiency at C1 level, written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with self‑motivation and organisational abilities.
• Curiosity and willingness to explore new technologies and innovative ways of working.
• Available for a 12‑month internship and able to commit to 30–35h/week.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery and continuous improvement of role-based training programs by stakeholders to understand training needs.
• Create and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports measuring training effectiveness, compliance, and business impact.
• Monitor training compliance, analyze trends, identify risks, and support corrective actions.
• Investigate and resolve training inquiries and tickets, coordinating with internal service teams and business partners.
• Explore opportunities to improve training processes through automation, AI, and digital solutions.
• Assist in developing, testing, and validating AI-powered tools, including reporting automation, virtual assistants, chatbot solutions, and training support applications.
• Build proofs-of-concept and pilot projects evaluating emerging technologies to reduce manual work and improve user experience.
• Create user documentation, communication materials, and adoption resources for successful deployment of new digital solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Curiosity and willingness to explore new technologies and innovative ways of working.
• Availability for a 12-month internship and commitment to work 30-35h/week

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Platform, AI tools, data analytics platforms, or low‑code/no‑code technologies.
• Academic or project experience related to automation, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, learning systems, or business process improvement.
• Additional language skills in Polish, German, or French.

Poland Pay Ranges:

• 31,40 PLN/hour
