Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, AI, CS, Psychology, Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365, including Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
• English proficiency at C1 level, written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with self-motivation and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery and continuous improvement of role-based training programs.
• Create and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports measuring training effectiveness and compliance.
• Monitor training compliance, analyze trends, and support corrective actions.
• Investigate inquiries and coordinate with internal service teams and partners.
• Explore opportunities to automate training processes with AI and digital solutions.
• Assist in developing, testing, and validating AI-powered tools and reporting automation.
• Contribute to proof-of-concepts and pilots for emerging technologies.
• Create user documentation and adoption materials for new digital solutions.
