Job summary

Stryker in Warsaw is seeking a Support Analyst Intern to join the Process Excellence team. You will contribute to automation, analytics, and continuous improvement of finance services, gaining hands-on experience with tools and platform integrations.

You will assist with basic issue diagnosis, user account setup, and testing of software updates, while collaborating with senior teammates to escalate complex problems.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to basic issues via ticketing systems, email, chat, or phone following service guidelines.
• Assist with user account setup, system access, and basic configurations.
• Diagnose and document common software, system, and access-related problems.
• Escalate more complex issues to senior team members when needed.
• Collaborate with support engineers and business application teams to understand processes.
• Participate in testing and deployment activities for software updates.
• Monitor system alerts and report potential issues to the team.
• Identify recurring problems and support improvement initiatives.
• Assist with onboarding by helping new users with access setup and basic training on tools.

Poland Pay Ranges
