Job summary

Qualifications

• English proficiency at C1 level, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; self-motivated and organized.
• Willing to explore new technologies and innovative ways of working.
• Available for a 12-month internship and able to work 30-35 hours per week.

• Support delivery and improvement of role-based training programs with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports measuring training impact.
• Monitor training compliance, analyze trends, and assist with corrective actions.
• Investigate training inquiries and coordinate with internal teams.
• Explore automation and AI to improve training processes.
• Assist in developing AI-powered tools and reporting automation.
• Contribute to proof-of-concepts and pilots for new tech adoption.
• Create user docs and adoption materials for new digital solutions.

Work Flexibility: Remote or Hybrid or Onsite Internship in Technical Training Join a team that combines learning, technology, and innovation to create efficient training solutions while discovering the future of automation and AI in a regulated global environment. In this role, you'll support Technical Training daily operations while exploring how automation, artificial intelligence, and digital solutions can make learning more efficient, engaging, and impactful. Working with training professionals, business stakeholders, and technology experts, you'll gain hands‑on experience in learning, compliance, data analytics, AI innovation, and digital transformation within a global healthcare organization.

What You Will Do

• Support the delivery and continuous improvement of role-based training programs by stakeholders to understand training needs.
• Create and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports that measure training effectiveness, compliance, and business impact.
• Monitor training compliance, analyze trends, identify potential risks, and support corrective actions.
• Investigate and resolve training-related inquiries and tickets while coordinating activities with internal service teams and business partners.
• Explore opportunities to improve training processes through automation, artificial intelligence, and digital solutions.
• Support the development, testing, and validation of AI-powered tools, including reporting automation, virtual assistants, chatbot solutions, and training support applications.
• Assist in building proof‑of‑concepts and pilot projects that evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to reduce manual work and enhance user experience.
• Create user documentation, communication materials, and adoption resources that support the successful implementation of new digital solutions.

What You Will Need (Required Qualifications)

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Psychology, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Microsoft 365 proficiency, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• English language proficiency at C1 level, written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills paired with self‑motivation and organisational skills.
• Curiosity and willingness to explore new technologies and innovative ways of working.
• Availability for a 12‑month internship and commitment to work 30-35h/week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Platform, AI tools, data analytics platforms, or low‑code/no‑code technologies.
• Academic or project experience related to automation, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, learning systems, or business process improvement.
• Additional language skills in Polish, German, or French.

Poland Pay Ranges: 31,40 PLN/hour

Work Flexibility Remote – Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location.

Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field‑based.

Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category.

Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co‑located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
