Job summary

Stryker Internship in Technical Training combines learning, technology, and innovation within a global healthcare organization. The role supports daily operations and training program delivery while offering hands-on exposure to data analytics and digital transformation.

You will develop dashboards, monitor training compliance, and explore AI-powered tools to enhance learning efficiency and impact. 12-month commitment, 30–35 hours/week, on-site in Poland.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Microsoft 365 proficiency, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• English language proficiency at C1 level, written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with self‑motivation and organisational skills.
• Curiosity and willingness to explore new technologies and innovative ways of working.
• Availability for a 12‑month internship and commitment to work 30-35h/week.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery and continuous improvement of role-based training programs by stakeholders to understand training needs.
• Create and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports that measure training effectiveness, compliance, and business impact.
• Monitor training compliance, analyze trends, identify potential risks, and support corrective actions.
• Investigate and resolve training-related inquiries and tickets while coordinating activities with internal service teams and business partners.
• Explore opportunities to improve training processes through automation, artificial intelligence, and digital solutions.
• Support the development, testing, and validation of AI-powered tools, including reporting automation, virtual assistants, chatbot solutions, and training support applications.
• Assist in building proof‑of‑concepts and pilot projects that evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to reduce manual work and enhance user experience.
• Create user documentation, communication materials, and adoption resources that support the successful implementation of new digital solutions.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Psychology, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Microsoft 365 proficiency, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• English language proficiency at C1 level, written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with self‑motivation and organisational skills
• Curiosity and willingness to explore new technologies and innovative ways of working.
• Availability for a 12‑month internship and commitment to work 30-35h/week

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Platform, AI tools, data analytics platforms, or low-code/no-code technologies.
• Academic or project experience related to automation, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, learning systems, or business process improvement.
• Additional language skills in Polish, German, or French.

Poland Pay Ranges:

• 31,40 PLN/hour
