Job summary

Your IMPACT:
  • Support our team in employee workforce administration activities and related HR processes.
  • Update information in HR digital systems and contribute to maintaining high data quality standards.
  • Assist with the administration and coordination of company car-related processes, including car fines management and communication with relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the administration of local employee benefits across different European countries and assist in the coordination with local teams and external providers.
  • Support the communication with employees, local HR teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-up on requests.
  • Support reporting, data analysis, and process documentation activities using digital tools.
  • Support continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives, including activities related to AI tools, automation, and data quality.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for ongoing HR projects and day-to-day activities.
  • Perform assigned administrative and operational tasks under the guidance of experienced team members.
  • Gain practical knowledge of HR processes and international HR operations in a multicultural environment.
  • Be proactive in proposing ideas to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and employee experience.
Your Profile:
